Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retention Strategist, Lifecycle
Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the management of email, SMS, referral, and rewards retention
programs
Develop and optimize data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to
enhance retention and engagement
Analyze customer behavior and performance metrics to provide
strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in lifecycle/email marketing strategy and
campaign management
Hands-on experience with at least two email platforms such as
Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or Salesforce
Experience managing enterprise-level ecommerce clients
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and derive
insights
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and optimization
techniques
