Job Description:
A company is looking for a P&O Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support, coaching, and guidance on various P&O matters
to Associates and Leaders
Work closely with leadership teams to develop and execute people
planning and set goals around people results
Lead the execution of P&O programs and analyze people metrics
to recommend continuous improvement action plans
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a P&O or HR business partner role,
preferably in a large, multi-site organization
Ability to leverage knowledge in talent management, talent
acquisition, and organizational design
Proven ability to manage change and impact organizational
culture
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and
partner at all levels
