Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee claims processing to ensure timely and accurate
handling
Manage claims inventory and respond to escalated issues and client
inquiries
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and assist in new
client implementation
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Associate's Degree in Business preferred
5+ years of experience as a Senior Processor or higher required
3+ years of previous supervisory experience preferred
Experience with the QicLink system is a plus
