Representative-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound and outbound support for patient acquisition and
retention through various communication channels
Ensure accurate eligibility determination for care coordination and
service line navigation, and document referrals appropriately
Handle patient inquiries and complaints with professionalism,
adhering to established protocols and quality measures
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Telephone/call center experience required
1-3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience
required
Working knowledge of Windows-based computer environment
required
Preferred: Two years of college education
