Job Description:
A company is looking for a Language Specialist (English and
Croatian).
Key Responsibilities
Creating training data sets for AI models to enhance accuracy and
fluency
Annotating data to align AI models with human values
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine AI models and
achieve target KPIs
Required Qualifications
Completed bachelor's degree
Language proficiency (CEFR C1 level or equivalent) in English and
Native Proficiency in Croatian
Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with shifting
priorities
Experience in editing and improving technical communication
