Job Description:
A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator for a remote
position in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Process referral requests and authorizations while maintaining high
standards for patient experience
Communicate with stakeholders, payors, employers, and patients to
ensure smooth referral operations
Participate in quality assurance processes and identify trends to
improve referral capture
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's Degree
preferred
At least one year of experience in a medical environment related to
referrals, claims, or billing
Experience with Worker's Compensation preferred
Proficiency with scheduling and insurance verification software
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in
compliance with HIPAA regulations
