A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative
II - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Contact insurance companies for status on outstanding claims and
process appeals
Maintain accuracy in accounts receivable and meet departmental
productivity standards
Phone patients for payment arrangements on outstanding balances and
handle assigned manual tasks
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree
preferred
1-3 years of professional or healthcare experience preferred
1-3 years of accounts receivable experience preferred
Basic math skills and understanding of medical terminology
Advanced knowledge of insurance processing and guidelines
