Key Responsibilities
Create and manage clinician schedules in Athena
Monitor clinician schedules and manage patient waiting lists
Adjust schedules and provide cross-coverage for Care Coordinator
Team responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in a digital healthcare company
At least 5 years of experience as a Clinical Scheduler using
AthenaHealth
5+ years of experience with AthenaHealth (Athena)
Proficiency in scheduling across multiple time zones
