Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensing and Contracting Reviewer to
support Producer Solutions Operations in a remote work
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review contracting paperwork for accuracy and process transactions
while adhering to productivity and quality guidelines
Respond to and resolve inquiries from field partners in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment
Identify workflows and recommend system enhancements to improve
operational efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2-3 years of client customer support and operations experience
Experience with licensing and appointments in the financial
services industry is preferred
Ability to navigate multiple systems and databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
