Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Accounts Coordinator
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed student account analysis and award year
reconciliation
Counsel students on financial processes, including document intake
and payment plans
Collaborate with various departments to resolve student account
issues and ensure compliance with financial policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning through
experience
1 year of relevant work experience may be required
Familiarity with Title IV federal regulations is a plus
Experience with student information systems preferred
Higher-education finance-related experience required
