A company is looking for a Senior Associate Loss Mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and follow Default Services Policies and Procedures
Contact delinquent mortgage and consumer loan customers to resolve
accounts through loss mitigation options
Underwrite loss mitigation packages and recommend proposals to
management
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of related experience in mortgage and consumer loss
mitigation and collections
High School diploma or GED required
Some college education preferred, particularly in Business or
Management
