Job Description:Job Title:Learning & Development Manager - BilingualReports To:Sr Director, Global Learning & DevelopmentLocation:RemoteJob Title/High-Level Position Summary:Enovis is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead global learning initiatives, with a focus on regions outside the U.S. and Mexico. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating innovative and scalable learning programs that support employee growth and align with Enovis' values and business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong international experience, project management capabilities, and a proven track record in leadership development and training program facilitation.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute global learning programs using a variety of delivery methods (in-person, virtual, coaching).
• Collaborate with international teams, business leaders, and external partners to align learning strategies with organizational needs.
• Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions across diverse audiences.
• Utilize psychometric tools (DiSC, MBTI) to support individual and team development.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve offerings based on feedback and outcomes.Minimum Basic Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (French and/or German also preferred).
  • 10+ years of L&D experience, including 5+ years in program design and delivery.
  • 3+ years in leadership development and coaching.
  • Strong experience working across multiple cultures in Europe, APAC, NAM, and SAM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Workday (preferred), and other digital learning tools.
  • Certification in MBTI and/or DiSC is a plus.Travel Requirements:
    • 30% travelDesired Characteristics:
      • Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or EQ-related credentials.
