Job Description:

Credit Reporting Agency in Garden Grove has an urgent need for a Customer Service Rep.



JOB DUTIES:


- Reviewing documents that are being submitted to the IRS


- Taking incoming calls, talking to customers and documenting information into the computer system.



REQUIREMENTS:


- MUST HAVE previous experience on the phones.


- Computer work and attention to detail are critical for this position.


- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen upon hire.
