Job Description:
A company is looking for an NBC Control Operations Analyst to
assist with risk identification and compliance in HSA Custody
services.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor consumer accounts for compliance with regulatory standards
and internal policies
Respond to partner and consumer inquiries regarding account status
and unclaimed property
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement new
procedures as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or related
field, or minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Some understanding of the Custody Services Business
Experience working across multiple business areas to deliver
results
Intermediate to advanced computer software literacy
Goal-oriented with effective time management and prioritization
skills
