Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Awareness Analyst (Level I
or II).
Key Responsibilities
Execute phishing simulations and develop engaging training for
diverse audiences
Support the Security Awareness Ambassadors Program and facilitate
ambassador engagement
Design and deploy strategic awareness campaigns and create
communications materials
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related Master's preferred for
Level II
2+ years of experience in IT security preferred for Level II; 0-2
years for Level I
Experience in cybersecurity, training, or communications highly
preferred
Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA,
NIST) preferred
Proficiency with design and publishing tools and reporting tools
preferred
