Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to users via phone and email, tracking
issues through a ticketing system
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic services for hardware and
software, including VOIP systems
Maintain documentation and records, and communicate updates to
customers regarding ticket status and resolutions
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience with Windows client devices
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and troubleshooting support for
Windows 10 and higher
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite and ticket entry
systems
A+ Certification and/or Microsoft 365 certification preferred or
ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
