Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Full-Time Sales
Associate to join our client's team at their boutique store located
inside John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate
will have experience in retail sales, a passion for providing
excellent customer service, and familiarity with retail software
such as Excel, iVend, and SAP. Experience with customs procedures
is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers to the store and
provide exceptional sales service, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction. Assess customers’ needs, provide information on
product features, and offer product demonstrations and
recommendations. Process POS (point-of-sale) transactions
accurately, including handling returns. Maintain the cleanliness
and organization of the store, including stocking shelves,
arranging displays, and ensuring merchandise is presented in a neat
and visually appealing manner. Collaborate with team members to
achieve sales targets and store goals. Actively seek out customers
in the store, cross-sell products, and upsell to drive sales. Build
productive trust relationships with customers and handle inquiries
and complaints efficiently. Participate in inventory management,
including receiving and checking merchandise deliveries, and
ensuring the accuracy of inventory/stock. Work with the Buying team
for stock replenishment and the Marketing team for promotions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control
procedures, and airport regulations, including assisting with
customs procedures as required. Qualifications: Previous experience
in retail sales or customer service at least 2 years. Strong
customer service skills with a focus on personalized service
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; (experience with iVend and SAP is a
plus). Experience with customs procedures is a plus. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a
dynamic environment. Attention to detail and excellent
organizational skills. A friendly and energetic personality with a
customer service focus. High-End Retail Experience: Minimum of 2
years of experience in a high-end retail environment, preferably
within luxury goods, fashion, or similar industries. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual: English/Spanish.
Ability to clear a background check. A positive attitude and a
willingness to be at work on time each day of your schedule, with
the ability to pick up additional shifts as needed. Hands-on
experience with POS transactions. Familiarity with inventory
procedures. Ability to perform under pressure and address
complaints in a timely manner. Flexibility to work various shifts,
