A company is looking for a Support Agent II who will serve as a
key point of contact for support-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve routine and complex problems and communicate solutions
effectively
Respond to customer queries through various modes including calls,
chat, and email
Proactively analyze customer needs and collaborate with relevant
departments
Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED, with 1+ years of customer support
experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and other computer
applications
