Details Job Details: As the Manager of National Accounts (Food
Service), you will have an exciting opportunity to lead and manage
our national accounts in the food service industry. You will be
responsible for driving sales, forging strong relationships with
key clients, and developing strategic initiatives to boost our
market presence. You will be at the helm of a dynamic team, guiding
them towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. This role
requires a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, has a passion for the food service industry, and
possesses an entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities: 1. Develop
and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for national accounts
in the food service industry. 2. Lead and manage a team of account
managers to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets. 3. Build and
maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying and
understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions. 4. Analyze
market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies that
capitalize on growth opportunities and mitigate risks. 5.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product
development, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery. 6.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights
and recommendations for improvement. 7. Participate in industry
events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay
abreast of industry developments. 8. Ensure compliance with company
policies and industry regulations in all business dealings.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or
related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage. 2. At
least 5 years of experience in sales and account management,
preferably in the food service industry. 3. Proven track record of
managing large, complex accounts and achieving sales targets. 4.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and
motivate a team. 5. Strong negotiation and relationship-building
skills. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 7.
In-depth knowledge of the food service industry and its key
players. 8. Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and
attend industry events. 9. Proficient in using CRM software and
other sales tools. 10. Excellent communication and presentation
