We're seeking a experienced, motivated Inside Pest Control Sales Representative to join our team in Orange, CA. Why Kilter? Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from leads and existing customers, providing expert advice and closing sales on pest control services. We heavily market to drive inbounds calls to you. Outbound calls to follow up on prospects and nurture relationships for sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records within our software and follow up on leads, agreements, referrals using our proven sales approach. Qualifications: Proven sales experience required (pest control sales preferred but not mandatory – we'll train the right candidate!) but Inside sales experience is a must. Comfortable and confident in phone-based sales and digital communication. Reliable, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction and a competitive hunger for the next sale. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Schedule & Compensation: Flexible Schedule : A flexible schedule is possible but must include at least one Saturday per month. Lucrative Pay : Base pay VS a generous commission structure. This means you always the minimum you will earn is your hourly base but there is no cap on your maximum earning. The ideal candidate can easily earn $75K–$90K minimum in their first year , with uncapped potential for more based on performance.
