We're hiring a Part-Time Porter to help keep communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You'll be out on the property hauling mini dumpsters, clearing trash rooms, and maintaining common areas. This is physical, hands-on work that's perfect for someone who's reliable, likes to stay active, and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. What You'll Get: Pay: Starting at $20 per hour Schedule: Day time: 7am start; Various shift work 2 to 3 hours a day Part-Time: 10-15 hours a week What You'll Do: Perform general maintenance: blow breezeways, pressure wash, remove cobwebs, dust handrails, clean light fixtures Use your reliable vehicle with a tow hitch to transport mini dumpsters on-site Haul dumpsters to and from the community compactor Clean and maintain areas around compactors and trash rooms Pick up loose and bagged trash Clear chute rooms, dumpster areas, and perform other assigned duties What We're Looking For: Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old. Authorized to Work in the U.S.: Proof needed at time of hire. Smartphone with Data Plan : Required to use our mobile app. Reliable Vehicle with Tow Hitch Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance : Must list you as a covered driver.
