Job Description:
A company is looking for an Ancillary Benefits Peer Review
Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate ancillary insurance marketing presentations for
accuracy in plan designs and financials
Record quality assessment results and collaborate with other
departments to address quality issues
Maintain organized records of peer reviews and generate performance
scorecards for management review
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in ancillary insurance,
including various types of coverage
Experience reviewing financials, including rates and premium
calculations
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve quality
issues
Proficient in Excel and familiar with QA tools and
methodologies
Experience with D365 or similar CRM systems
